EQUIVALENT RECORD FORM (ERF) is form needed by teachers in the Department of Education who aspire to be promoted via item reclassification, in this form the teacher filled up his/her personal information, educational attainment (Full pledge M.A. with S.O. is an edge in reclassification), Service Record (at least 3 years in teaching) and equivalent units for teachers who are still taking up their Master's Degree (at least twenty-seven (27) units in M.A. for teachers who had already served for 3 years up in service). In ERF (reclassification) promotion the Division Administrative Officer validate the teacher's documents. It is the Division Administrative office who will submit the papers of the teachers in the Regional Office for approval, once it is approved the teacher will just wait for a budget in the new position.
